The challenge
Three branches with separate paper books: patients double-booking across branches, lost paper files, a 30%+ no-show rate with zero reminders — and management only knowing daily revenue after manually collecting from each branch.
What we did
- A unified booking system across all three branches with a live schedule per doctor.
- One electronic patient record: visit history, prescriptions, imaging and payments.
- Automatic WhatsApp reminders a day and two hours before, with confirm/cancel options.
- Live revenue reports for management by branch, doctor and service.
