A SaaS platform that confirms e-wallet payments automatically

Overview

Merchants used to wait for a transfer screenshot and verify it by hand. Daffaa reads the bank or wallet SMS the moment it lands and confirms the order automatically — a full multi-tenant subscription platform.

The challenge

Any merchant taking e-wallet transfers hits the same trap: the customer sends a screenshot, and the merchant has to open their banking app and match the amount and reference by hand. It is slow, it keeps customers waiting, and worse — screenshots get forged. At volume it becomes impossible to keep up.

What we did

• An Android app that reads bank and wallet SMS on the merchant's phone and relays it to the platform instantly over a secured API.
• A parsing engine that extracts amount and reference across different message formats, and keeps working when a bank changes its wording.
• A multi-tenant SaaS: every merchant's data fully isolated, with subscription tiers, billing and a 14-day free trial.
• A one-line embeddable payment widget for any site, plus signed webhooks notifying the merchant's system the moment a payment clears.
