Digital menu, online ordering and paid campaigns for a Levantine restaurant
Overview
A two-branch restaurant wanting to cut its reliance on delivery apps and their commissions — a digital menu, direct-ordering site and paid campaigns moved customers to its own channel.
The challenge
Delivery-app commissions ate 25% of every order; the Facebook page was active but chaotic — orders arriving as slow-replied DMs. The goal: an owned ordering channel without suddenly losing app customers.
What we did
- A fast, lightweight direct-ordering site with QR menus for both branches.
- Orders wired to the kitchen's WhatsApp with sound alerts — no change to kitchen workflow.
- Paid campaigns with an "order direct" discount code gradually converting app customers.
- Google Business Profile optimization and structured review collection.
