A real-estate portal with advanced search and maps
Overview
A property marketing company needed a portal for hundreds of units — we built a platform with advanced search, maps and SEO-first project pages pulling real Google searchers daily.
The challenge
A market crowded with giant portals: the only winnable edge was speed, ranking for area searches ("apartments for sale in...") and a cleaner filtering experience — plus a panel letting the sales team manage units without a developer.
What we did
- An ultra-fast Next.js platform with static pages per area and project.
- Multi-criteria search: price, area, rooms, finishing and map location.
- A full SEO architecture: property structured data and area pages targeting "for sale in" searches.
- A simple unit management panel for the sales team with viewing-request tracking.
